Welcome to the online ordering platform Brisque, provided on behalf of and under the brand of A2B Indian Veg Restaurant, Parsippany and operated by its technology partner Brisque Etabl Inc. (“Technology Provider,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this Platform to browse menus, place pickup or delivery orders, or make card payments, you agree to these Terms of Use.
While the Platform is branded and operated under A2B Indian Veg Restaurant, Parsippany, the technology, infrastructure, and payment processing are provided by [Brisque Inc.], a registered technology vendor acting on behalf of the Restaurant.
By accessing the Platform, you agree to acknowledge and be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Platform.
You may place an order with or without creating an account. You agree to provide true, accurate, currant information and not misuse the Platform by misrepresenting your identity or your payment method information.
Orders placed through the Platform are transmitted to A2B Indian Veg Restaurant, Parsippany, who is solely responsible for fulfilling the order. You acknowledge that the Technology Provider is not the merchant of record and does not prepare or deliver food.
Payments are processed securely through a third-party payment processor. By using this Platform, you authorize the processor to charge your payment method for the total order amount on behalf of the Restaurant.
The Platform may offer a Rewards Program for enrolled customers to earn and redeem points on qualifying orders with the Restaurant.
Enrollment is free with a valid phone number and/or email, offered on behalf of the participating Restaurant.
Points are earned per the Restaurant's rules; they have no cash value and aren't earned on taxes, fees, gratuities, or gift card purchases.
Points may be redeemed on eligible orders, are non-transferable, and aren't exchangeable for cash except where required by law.
Points may expire after inactivity or as set by the Restaurant; expired points are forfeited.
By enrolling, you consent to receive rewards, offers, and account messages by email or phone; message and data rates may apply, and you may opt out of promotional messages anytime.
The Rewards Program may be modified or ended, and rules changed, at any time; points may be forfeited for account closure, fraud, or misuse.
The Restaurant is solely responsible for food safety, preparation, and service.
The Technology Provider disclaims all liability for errors in orders, allergen information, or delivery delays.
The Platform and its services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither the Restaurant nor the Technology Provider shall be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
All content, including restaurant menus, logos, and system design, is owned either by the Restaurant or the Technology Provider and is protected by applicable laws.
We may suspend access to the Platform for violations of these Terms or misuse of the service.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey unless otherwise required by local laws applicable to the Restaurant’s location.
